摘要
甲状腺癌是内分泌系统最常见的肿瘤,甲状腺髓样癌(MTC)是由甲状腺中的C细胞产生的罕见的神经内分泌肿瘤,占所有甲状腺癌的约5%。近年来,很多学者已经广泛研究了MTC中的微小RNA(miRNA)的基因调节作用。miRNA在MTC中的差异性表达及基因调节作用以及作为潜在的治疗或者判断MTC预后的突破点被广泛研究。该综述就目前MTC与miRNA相关的发病机制、治疗进展以及在MTC中miRNA的差异性表达进行一个简单的介绍。
Thyroid carcinoma is the most common tumor of the endocrine system. Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) is a rare neuro-endocrine tumor produced by C cells in the thyroid, which accounting for about 5% of all the thyroid cancers. In recent years, many scholars have extensively studied the regulation of microRNA (miRNA) gene in MTC. The differential expression and gene regulation of miRNAs in MTC, as a potential breakthrough in the treatment or prognosis of MTC, have been extensively studied. This review provides a brief introduction to the current pathogenesis, treatment progression, and differential expression of miRNAs in MTC related to miRNA.
