危重患者的螺旋型鼻肠管盲插进展

Review on the blind intubation of spiral nasointestinal tube among critical ill patients

目前鼻肠管置管方法很多,但危重患者因为疾病等原因鼻肠管置管方式受限,床旁盲插鼻肠管是危重患者置管的主要手段。盲插法因为不可直视,放管成功率低,置管成功所需时间长。为了帮助临床医护人员安全、简便、快捷的置管,本文对危重患者选择盲插鼻肠管的原因、螺旋型鼻肠管的特点、盲放鼻肠管的方法进行分析并综述。

At present, there are a number of means to intubate nasointestinal tube （NIT）. However, intubation of NIT in critically ill patients is limited to a few due to their disease condition, so that bedside blind intubation as the main approach. Blind intubation had its own limitations, including lower success rate and longer time, due to no direct vision. Therefore, we reviewed the reasons why critically ill patients had chosen blind intubation, features of spiral NIT, and approaches of blind intubation in this study, aiming to facilitate safe and quick intubation for clinical practitioners.
