深水Spar平台组块吊装过程动力响应研究

摘要 以1座桁架式Spar平台组块吊装过程作为研究对象,通过建立Spar平台船体、浮吊船体、组块及其之间的连接系统耦合分析模型,时域内计算了组块下放过程中各连接系统的载荷,并开展相关敏感性分析。结果显示:在该设计工况与环境条件下,吊线、导向销、支墩强度全部满足设计要求,其中导向销强度安全裕度较大,而吊机吊线轴向载荷、支墩垂向载荷均接近其自身承载能力的80%。组块下放速度对以上载荷的影响较小,波浪的谱峰周期Tp对支墩垂向载荷和导向销水平载荷影响较大,当Tp达到8 s时,支墩垂向载荷将超过许用强度要求。 The module lifting installation process of a Truss Spar platform is studied in this paper. The coupled model which includes the hull of Spar platform and floating crane, module and the connectors among them is established, and the strength of the connectors are checked and analyzed during the process by using time domain simulation method, sensitivity studies are also conducted. The result shows that the maximum loads in the boom and sling lines, supports and guide pipes can meet the design requirements, the guide pipes have larger safety margin while the extreme loads in support and boom line can reach 80% of their own strength capacities. The lowing velocity of module has little influence on the above loads,while the wave peak period Tp plays an important role in vertical load in supports and horizontal load in guide pipes. When Tp reaches 8 seconds, the maximum vertical load in supports will exceed the permit strength limit.
