摘要
功率分支齿轮传动系统因自身结构具有结构尺寸更小、重量轻、齿轮和轴承的负荷相对较小等特点,使其在船舶动力传动系统中得到广泛应用,但由于采用功率分支结构,使得各分支之间的载荷均等成为该结构必须考虑的问题,本文以功率二分支齿轮传动结构为研究对象,通过研究分支结构中扭力轴的安装及扭转刚度变化对分支结构载荷均等情况的影响,归纳扭力轴对功率分支齿轮传动系统均载特性的影响规律,为该种传动结构的均载优化提供依据。
The power branch gear transmission system has been widely used in ship power transmission system because of its smaller size, light weight and smaller load of gear and bearing. The load distribution problem between branches must be considered in the power branch structure. In paper, the power two branches gear transmission system will be used as research object, study on influence of the installation of torsion shaft and tensional stiffness on the load sharing in the branch structure, the influence rule of torque shaft on load sharing characteristics of power branch gear transmission system, it can provide the basis of load sharing optimization of the transmission structure.
