摘要
阐述了CAP1400核电汽轮机热力系统热耗值计算分析的关键点和迭代计算方法,针对热力系统分缸压力及抽汽压力的优化设计,提出了基于模式的搜索算法的热力系统设计优化。对CAP1400核电汽轮机热力系统各段抽汽参数进行了各个单参数优化、多参数组合优化、全参数优化,在满足制造厂相关约束条件的前提下,可显著降低热力系统的设计热耗值。
The key points and iterative calculation methods of the calculation and calculation of the thermal value of the thermal power system of the CAP1400 nuclear power turbine are described. The optimization of the thermal system design based on the pattern search algorithm is proposed for the optimal design of the cylinder pressure and extraction pressure.The single parameter optimization, multi-parameter combination optimization and full parameter optimization of the extraction parameters of the CAP1400 nuclear power turbine thermal system are carried out,which can significantly reduce the thermal design value of the thermal system under the premise of satisfying the relevant constraints of the manufacturing plant.
