摘要
为研究饱和蒸汽汽轮机变负荷过程的热力特性,采用两相流非平衡箱体模型对饱和蒸汽汽轮机叶栅内湿蒸汽的汽-液两相流过程进行了仿真研究,分析了饱和蒸汽汽轮机叶栅流道内汽、液两相工质间的能量、质量的交换过程,并在此基础上建立了一类可以反映饱和蒸汽汽轮机各级叶栅参数分布的基元级集总参数模型。
In order to study the thermal characteristics of saturated steam turbine during load changing process,the nonequilibrium box model of two phase flow was used to simulate the process of vapor-liquid two phase flow in the saturated steam turbine cascade,analysed the energy and mass exchange process in cascade passage of saturated steam turbine,on the basis of these theories,a segemented lumped parameter model that could reflect parameter distribution between cascade passage of saturated steam turbine was established.
