协同创新网络关系强度、共生行为与人才创新创业能力

Relationship Strength of Collaborative Innovation Network,Symbiotic Behavior and Talents Ability of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

运用结构方程模型,分析企业协同创新网络关系强度对企业人才创新创业能力的影响。基于共生理论,对共生行为在两者之间的作用进行了检验。结果表明,协同创新网络关系强度与人才创新创业能力呈显著正相关关系,共生行为在两者之间起到中介作用。

This paper analyzes the effect of relationship strength of collaborative innovation network（NRS） on the talent innovation and entrepreneurship（TIE） based on the SEM. Besides,the effect of symbiotic behavior（SB） in the relationship between NRS and TIE is examined based on the symbiotic theory. The empirical result shows that,NRS is observed to be positively correlated to TIE,and SB plays a mediated role between NRS and TIE.
