摘要
基于自我扩张理论,构建了真实型领导与感知领导能力对下属将领导纳入自我和自愿行为的被中介调节模型。通过两阶段上下级匹配的研究设计,并基于61个团队的数据分析,结果显示,真实型领导通过激发下属将领导纳入自我促进下属的自愿行为。同时,感知的领导能力调节真实型领导与下属自我扩张之间的关系。
Drawing from self-expansion theory,this paper proposes a theoretical model in which authentic leadership and perceived leader ability interacts to affect follower inclusion of leader in self and discretionary work behaviors. Using timelagged research design,data from 61 teams show that authentic leadership triggers followers to include leader in self and then enhance their discretionary work behaviors. Perceived leader ability moderates the relationship between authentic leadership and followers' self-expansion.
