摘要
基于424名员工样本数据,构建真诚型领导通过组织支持感和心理资本的多重中介作用影响工作繁盛的结构模型,并分析其内在作用机制。结果表明:真诚型领导不仅可以直接正向影响员工工作繁盛,还通过组织支持感和心理资本的多重中介作用间接影响工作繁盛,而且相对于外部情境因素的组织支持感,内部心理因素的心理资本对员工工作繁盛的影响作用更大。
This paper provides a conceptual model for how authentic leadership influence employees' thriving at work through the multiple mediating role of perceived organizational support and psychological capital based on the sample of 424 employees. Results show that: authentic leadership is positively associated with employees' thriving at work directly and indirectly through the mediation of perceived organizational support and psychological capital. Moreover,psychological capital displays stronger association with thriving at work than perceived organizational support do.
