蒲地蓝消炎口服液黄芩苷与菊苣酸含量测定方法的优化 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立可以同时检测蒲地蓝消炎口服液中黄芩苷与菊苣酸含量的分析方法,降低分析时间、提高检测效率。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-Pheny1(75 mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm)色谱柱,流动相为水-乙腈-甲醇-磷酸(75∶15∶10∶0.2),柱温为40℃,检测波长为326 nm,流速梯度洗脱。结果:黄芩苷与菊苣酸分离度良好,单次分析时间为23min,两组分分别在90.58~1449.3μg、5.475~54.75μg范围内线性关系良好(黄芩苷r=0.9999、菊苣酸r=0.9998);黄芩苷与菊苣酸的平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.72%、99.38%。结论:该方法快速、准确,适用于蒲地蓝消炎口服液中黄芩苷与菊苣酸的检测。 Objective To establisha method for determinating the content of baicalin and cichoric acid simultaneously in Pudilan Xi- aoyan oral liquid, thus reducing the detection time and improving the detection efficiency. Methods The analysis was carried out on Agi- lent Zorbax SB- Phenyl (75 mm ×4. 6 mm, 3.5 μm) with water- acetonitrile- methanol- phosphoric acid (75:15:10:0. 2) as the mo- bile phase at the column temperature of 40 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 326 nm, The flow rate wasgradient elution. Results Good separation for baiealin and eichoric acid were achieved, and single analysis time was 23 rain. The linear calibration was found for baiealin within the range of 90. 58 μg to 1449. 3 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ) and eichoric acid within the range of 5.475 μg to 54. 75 μg ( r = 0. 9998). The average recovery of baicalin and cichoric acid were 99. 72% and 99. 38% (n =6), respectively. Conclusion The developed method is rapid and accurate, and suitable for the content determination of baiealin and eiehoric acid in Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid.
