摘要
目的:研究沙苑子对急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:各药物组灌胃相应药物,正常对照组与模型组灌胃生理盐水,1次/d,共7 d。末次给药后1h,除正常对照组外,其余各组以小鼠腹腔注射0.1 m L/10 g体重的10%四氯化碳油溶液制备急性肝损伤模型24 h后,检测各组小鼠血清AST、ALT活性及肝组织中CAT、GSH活性变化。结果:与模型组比较,沙苑子在300 mg生药/kg体重剂量下,可明显降低AST、ALT活性(P<0.05);并显著升高CAT、GSH活性(P<0.01)。结论:沙苑子对四氯化碳致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Semen Astragali Complanati for acute chemical liver damage mouse induced by carbon tetrachloride. Methods All animals were given different doses of Semen Astragali Complanati, then the acute liver damage model were prepared. The contents of ALT, AST in serum of all animals and the activity of CAT, GSH in the liver of the acute liver injury animals inducted by carbon tetrachloride. Results Compared with animals model group, Semen Astragali Complanati could sig- nificantly reduced the active of AST, ALT (P 〈 0. 05) at the dosage of 300 mg/kg; the activities of CAT and GSH in the carbon tet- rachloride- injured liver were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Semen Astragali Complanati have the protective effect for acute chemical liver damage mouse induced by carbon tetrachloride.
