黑老虎经穴导入脉冲电磁法治疗痛风性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis with Kadsura on Acupoint by Pulse-Electromagnetic Method

目的:观察黑老虎经穴导入脉冲电磁法治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:60例痛风性关节炎患者被随机划分为脉冲电磁法组(治疗组)和药物组(对照组)各30例,观察治疗前后两组的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、尿酸浓度,评定临床疗效并随访1个月以追踪临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率及总有效率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的VAS评分、尿酸浓度均较前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黑老虎经穴导入脉冲电磁法治疗痛风性关节炎临床疗效显著,其治疗效果优于单纯电针组,在疗效持久性方面更具有优势。

Objective This study aims to observe the clinical effect of introduction with kadsura on acupoint by pulse - electromag- netic method in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods 60 cases of patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into pulse - e- lectromagnetic method group （treatment group） and medication group （control group） 30 cases, which were observed the pain visual analogue scale （VAS） and the concentration of uric acid from two groups before and after treatment. Then to evaluate the clinical effi- cacy and to track clinical curative effect after the follow - up for 1 month. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate of the treat- ment group were superior to those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the scores of two groups were lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the excellent rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The introduction with kadsura on aeupoint by pulse - electromagnetic method in the treat- ment of gouty arthritis has curative effect, which has better treatment effect than that of electroacupuncture group, and having more ad- vantages in effect of persistence.
