加味益气聪明汤联合针灸治疗颈性眩晕73例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of 73 Cases of Vertigo with the Combination of Acupancture and Yiqi and Smart Decoction

目的:观察加味益气聪明汤联合针灸治疗眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法:选取气血亏虚型颈性眩晕患者146例,随机分为观察组和对照组各73例。对照组使用针灸进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用加味益气聪明汤进行治疗。评价临床疗效;观察并对比两组治疗前后椎-基底动脉血流流速情况,以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后两组椎-基底动脉血流收缩期的最大流速明显增高(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组椎-基底动脉血流收缩期的最大流速明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:加味益气聪明汤联合针灸治疗气血亏虚型颈性眩晕,临床疗效较好,可使患者脑血流明显改善,且无明显不良反应,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mixed qi and yiqi decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating vertigo patients. Methods Choose qi and blood deficiency type of 146 patients with cervical vertigo, using the random num- ber method patients were randomly divided into observation group （73 cases） and control group （73 cases） . The patients in the con- trol group were treated with acupuncture only, and the patients in the observation group were treated with the supplemental qi and yiqi smart decoction on the basis of the above treatment. Evaluation of clinical efficacy; To observe and compare the flow velocity of verte- brobasilar artery before and after treatment in two groups, and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was higher in the ob- servation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Before and after the two groups after treatment in patients with vertebral - basi- lar artery systolic maximum velocity of blood flow increased significantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, after treatment, the observation group of patients with vertebral - basilar artery blood flow before and after the systolic maximum velocity is significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0. 05） . No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Flavored yiqi smart soup combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of qi and blood deficiency type cervical vertigo, clinical curative effect is good, can make the patients with cerebral blood flow, and no obvious adverse reaction, has high clinical value, is worth popularizing application.
