摘要 以某1000MW火力发电厂脱硫系统改造为例,结合现场试验,考虑更多因素对脱硫系统改造后综合性能进行评价。分析结果表明,脱硫系统改造后,系统阻力变化对其相关设备都有所影响。因此,改造后脱硫系统性能评价不仅要考虑脱硫效率、烟尘浓度去除率、HCl和HF浓度及去除率、除雾器后雾滴含量等环保指标,也需考虑脱硫系统钙硫摩尔比、脱硫系统压力损失、石灰石消耗量、水消耗量、电耗等经济指标,也要关注脱硫产物石膏品质、废水排放品质等因素,以免造成二次污染,建议脱硫系统性能应以综合指标进行评判更为科学。 In a 1000 MW thermal power plant desulphurization system as an example,combined with the field test,consider more factors of desulfurization system.The analysis results show that the desulfurization system after transformation,the system resistance change on its related equipment.After transforming the desulfurization system performance evaluation,therefore,should not only consider the desulfurization efficiency,dust removal rate,concentration of HCI and HF,and removal rate,also need to consider,the system pressure loss,limestone desulfurization consumption,water consumption,power consumption and other economic indicators.The desulfurization gypsum quality,wastewater emission factors also need to be considered.Last,papers suggested that the desulfurization performance of the system should take the comprehensive index of evaluation is more scientific.
