摘要
根据600 MW超临界机组升负荷时脱硫吸收塔浆液发生"石灰石屏蔽"的实际情况,分析了引起此次"石灰石屏蔽"的具体原因:机组升负荷燃煤量和烟气量增加,烟气中SO_2浓度上升;烟气中粉尘浓度高;脱硫废水排放不及时;燃烧煤种搭配不合理等,针对这些原因提出了预防措施和"石灰石屏蔽"发生后的应急处理措施,为电厂处理同类问题提供参考借鉴。
According to the actual situation of "limestone shielding "in the desulfurization absorption tower when 600 MW supercritical unit increased load,it analyzed the specific reasons of the "limestone shielding"which includes the amounts of coal and smoke increased and the concentration of sulfur dioxide in flue gas rise when the unit increased load;the concentration of dust was high in flue gas;desulfurization wastewater did not discharge in time;the burning coal collocation is not reasonable,etc.In view of these reasons,the preventive measures and emergency response measures after the"limestone shielding"were put forward to supply power plant colleague reference when dealt with the same problem.
