摘要
针对国电河北龙山发电有限责任公司钢球磨煤机减速机振动的现象,进行了原因分析。大小传动齿轮磨损后啮合变差是导致振动超标的根本原因。采用小齿轮更换、大齿轮修复和大小齿轮热处理技术,能够有效的降低磨煤机振动,提高设备的可靠性。
For the phenomenon of gear reducer's vibration of ball mill which belongs to Guodian Longshan power plant Limited Liability Company in Hebei province,it analyzed the reasons.The deviation of the gear and pinion drive meshing after wearing is the root cause of excessive vibration.Using the technologies of changing small size gear,repairing the large gear and the heat-treatment of gear and pinion,the coal mill vibration can be effectively reduced,which improves the reliability of the equipment.
