摘要
余热锅炉作为IGCC电站蒸汽与给水生产、接收的关键设备,对全厂的安全可靠运行至关重要。通过动态模拟的方法,对余热锅炉冷启动、温启动及热启动曲线进行了研究。研究结果显示,余热锅炉启动过程相关参数随燃机负荷的提高而提高。机组停机时间越短,再启动所需要的时间也越短。设定工况条件下,启动曲线显示余热锅炉在冷、温、热三种启动方式下,启动所需最短时间分别约为80 min、70 min和57 min。
Heat recovery steam generator,which is used to supply and accept steam and water,plays an important role in Integrated gasification combined cycle power plant.Dynamic simulation of heat recovery steam generator's startup curves in cold,warm and hot situation was researched in this paper.The result shows that related parameters of heat recovery steam generator during startup progress increase with the rising of gas turbine load.The shorter the unit shut down,the shorter time required to restart.As shown in the startup curves,the shortest cold,warm and hot startup time under assumed conditions are 80 minutes,70 minutes and 57 minutes,respectively.
