2017年肇庆市某饮料罐生产企业噪声危害现状评价

Evaluation on status of noise hazards in a beverage cans production enterprise of Zhaoqing City in 2017

目的对2017年肇庆市某饮料罐生产企业进行噪声危害现状评价与分析,为饮料罐生产行业的噪声危害预防和控制提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生调查及噪声强度检测、噪声危害分级等方法进行评价与分析。结果该企业工作场所噪声强度为63.6~99.8 dB(A),其中≥85 dB(A)的检测点数占79.2%;主要接噪岗位40 h/周等效声级为84.8~94.7 dB(A),超标率为88.9%;对作业人员噪声危害进行分级,噪声危害主要集中在Ⅰ级(22.2%)和Ⅱ级(66.7%)。结论肇庆市某饮料罐生产企业噪声危害严重,作业人员发生听力损伤的风险较高,需采取隔声降噪工程控制措施和加强个体防护等一系列综合性的控制措施来保护工人的健康。

[Objective]To evaluate and analyze the status of noise hazards in a beverage cans production enterprise of Zhaoqing City in 2017,provide evidences for prevention and control of noise hazard in beverage cans production enterprise industry.[Methods]The methods of occupational hygiene field investigation,noise detection and noise hazards classification were applied in evaluation and analysis.[Results]The noise intensities in the workplace of the enterprise were 63.6-99.8 d B（A）,and the detection points which the noise intensity was higher than 85 d B（A）accounted for 79.2%.LEX,W of the workers exposed to noise were 84.8-94.7 d B（A）,and the exceeding standard rate was 88.9%.The classification results showed that the noise hazards were mainly classⅠ（22.2%）and classⅡ（66.7%）.[Conclusion]The noise hazards are serious in the beverage cans production enterprise of Zhaoqing City,and there is high risk of noise induced hearing loss among workers.It is necessary to take the integrated occupational control measures such as strengthening engineering control of sound insulation and noise reduction and improving the personal protective equipment to protect the health of workers.
