Treatment of lead dust and lead smoke in a lead-acid battery enterprise in Suqian City

目的评价宿迁市某铅酸蓄电池生产企业铅尘铅烟的治理效果,找出存在问题,以助企业后期整改。方法通过现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查,综合分析治理前后工作场所的铅尘铅烟检测情况和铅作业劳动者血铅体检情况。结果治理后的铅尘、铅烟浓度无明显降低,仍有75%铅尘铅烟岗位超标;且休息室中铅尘和铅烟的浓度较高(0.129 mg/m^3);治理后劳动者血铅超标率变化不大,仍有劳动者血铅≥400μg/L。结论本次治理效果一般,地面、设备表面、工作台面积尘较多,休息室和劳动者工作服积尘较多,未制定劳动者盥洗、进出休息室着装、防护用品佩戴的制度,应立即按照治理方案进一步整改。

[Objective]To evaluate the treatment effect of lead dust and lead smoke in a lead-acid battery enterprise in Suqian City,find out its problems,and improve the later rectification.[Methods]Based on the occupational hygiene investigation,occupational hazards determination and occupational health examination,the comprehensive analysis on the determination of lead dust and lead smoke in workplace and the examination of blood lead in workers before and after treatment were preformed.[Results]After treatment,the concentrations of lead dust and lead smoke did not decrease significantly,and there were still 75%of posts exceeded the occupational exposure limits.The concentration of lead dust and lead smoke in the lounge（0.129 mg/m^3）was higher.There was no significant difference in the over-standard rate of the blood lead content between before and after treatment,and the blood lead contents of some workers were more than 400 μg/L after treatment.[Conclusion]The treatment effect is not satisfactory.There are large amount of dust accumulation on the ground,the surface of the equipment and the working table,as well as in lounge and working clothes.There is lack of the system on workers’ washing,lounge dressing,and wearing protective supplies.Further rectification should be carried out in accordance with the governance scheme immediately.
