摘要
目的了解天津市公务员抗生素知识知晓率及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,共调查8个区,每个区调查50名公务员,进行抗生素知识知晓率和影响因素调查。结果本次共调查公务员400人,其中男性150人,女性250人。调查对象主要为汉族(96.3%),文化程度以大专为主(71.8%),婚姻情况多为结婚(83.5%),年龄多集中在30~39岁期间(33.8%)。不同性别、不同年龄组公务员之间抗生素知识和行为及格率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.048,P>0.05;χ~2=3.107,P>0.05),不同学历公务员之间抗生素知识及格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.882,P<0.01)。所有公务员及格率仅为66.0%。将年龄、学历、性别与抗生素知识得分是否及格进行logistic回归分析,发现学历的增高有助于得分的及格(OR=1.967)。结论天津市公务员抗生素知识和行为水平较低,性别、年龄、学历对抗生素认识和使用均有影响,应针对不同人口学特征对该人群抗生素知识和行为的健康教育干预。
[Objective]To understand the awareness rate of knowledge about antibiotics and its influencing factors among civil servants in Tianjin.[Methods]Using the cluster random sampling method,8 districts were involved into the study,and 50 civil servants from each district were collected to investigate the awareness rate of knowledge about antibiotics and its influencing factors.[Results]Totally 400 civil servants were investigated,including 150 men and 250 women.96.3% of respondents are the Han nationality,71.8% had the education level of junior college,83.5% were married and 33.8% were aged 30-39 years old.There were no statistically significant differences in the pass rates of knowledge and behavior about antibiotics among different groups in sex and age(χ^2=0.048,P 〉0.05,χ^2=3.107,P 〉0.05),while the difference in the pass rate of knowledge about antibiotics was statistically significant among different education level groups(χ^2=7.882,P 〈0.01).The pass rate in all civil servants was only 66.0%.The logistic regression analysis on Age,education level,gender,and the score of antibiotic knowledge showed that the education level had positive effect on the pass rate of antibiotic knowledge(OR=1.967).[Conclusion]The civil servants in Tianjin have the lower level of knowledge and behavior about antibiotics,while gender,age and educational background have an impact on the understanding and use of antibiotics.It is necessary to carry out the health education and intervention on the knowledge and behavior about antibiotics according to demographic characteristics.
