2016年苏州高新区某街道居民死因及减寿分析

Analysis on death causes and life lost in a sub-district of Hi-tech Development Zone in Suzhou City in 2016

目的分析2016苏州市高新区某街道常住居民的主要死因及寿命损失的影响,为制定合理的干预措施提供依据。方法对2016年苏州高新区某街道死因数据进行整理,分析常住居民死亡率、构成比、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、潜在减寿率(PYLLR)及平均减寿年数(AYLL)等指标。结果 2016年苏州高新区某街道常住居民死亡率为251.97/10万,男性高于女性;死因顺位前6位,分别为呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病、中毒和损伤及内分泌营养和代谢,占全部死亡的97.15%;居民全人群PYLL前3位死因分别为肿瘤、中毒和损伤及神经系统疾病。AYLL顺位分析中,中毒和损伤为首位。结论 2016年苏州高新区某街道常住居民的主要死因以呼吸系统和肿瘤等慢性非传染性疾病为主;损伤和中毒己成为危害居民健康的重要因素;应根据当地居民不同的死因特点制定相应的疾病预防和控制策略。

[Objective]To analyze the death causes and life lost among residents in a sub-district of Hi-tech Development Zone in Suzhou City in 2016,provide scientific basis for making reasonable intervention measures.[Methods]The death data of a sub-district of Hi-tech Development Zone in Suzhou City in 2016 were collected and analyzed.The mortality rate,composition ratio,potential life lost years（PYLL）,potential life lost rate（PYLLR）and average years of life lost（AYLL）were analyzed.[Results]The mortality rate among residents in a sub-district of Hi-tech Development Zone in Suzhou City in 2016 was 251.97/lakh,and the mortality rate in males was higher than that in females.The six leading causes of death were respiratory diseases,tumors,nervous system diseases,circulatory system diseases,poisoning and injuries,and diseases of endocrine,nutrition and metabolism,accounting for97.15% of all deaths.The three leading causes of death in PYLL were tumor,poisoning and injury,nervous system diseases.In the analysis of AYLL,poisoning and injury took the first place.[Conclusion]The main causes of death among residents in a subdistrict of Hi-tech Development Zone in Suzhou City in 2016 are the chronic non-communicable diseases such as cancer and respiratory system.Injury and poisoning have become important factors to endanger the health of residents.Corresponding disease prevention and control strategies should be formulated according to the different causes of death among local residents.
