2014—2016年绥芬河口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果

Monitoring results of infectious diseases among entry-exit personnel of Suifenhe Port from 2014-2016

目的了解绥芬河口岸出入境人员疾病流行和分布情况,探讨疾病流行趋势,为制定针对性的健康干预方法和口岸传染病监测及预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对2014—2016年绥芬河国际旅行卫生保健中心出入境人员进行传染病监测结果进行分析。结果共计检测37 709名出入境人员,检出传染性疾病1 360例,检出率为3.61%。传染病检出率分别为乙型肝炎2.02%,丙型肝炎0.42%,梅毒1.11%,HIV抗体阳性0.04%,开放性肺结核为0.01%。2014—2016年传染病检出率分别为:4.35%、3.36%、2.95%。1 360例阳性病例中,劳务人员占97.79%,商务人员占0.96%,留学定居占0.37%,其他人员占0.59%,外籍人员0.29%。结论绥芬河口岸中出境劳务人员传染病感染率最高。

[Objective]To understand the disease epidemic and distribution among entry-exit personnel of Suifenhe Port,discuss the epidemic trend of diseases and provide a scientific basis for developing targeted health interventions method and carrying out the infectious disease monitoring and prevention and control work in port.[Methods]The monitoring results of infectious diseases among entry-exit personnel of Suifenhe International Travel Health Care Center from 2014-2016 were analyzed.[Results]A total of 37 709 entry-exit people were monitored,and 1 360 cases of infectious diseases were detected with the detection rate of 3.61%.The detection rate of hepatitis B,hepatitis C,syphilis HIV positive antibody and open tuberculosis was2.02%,0.42%,1.11%,0.04% and 0.01%,respectively.The annual detection rate of infectious diseases from 2014-2016 was4.35%,3.36% and 2.95%,respectively.Among the 1 360 positive cases,labor service personnel,business personnel,study abroad and settlement,other personnel,and foreign personnel accounted for 97.79%,0.96%,0.37%,0.59%,and 0.29%,respectively.[Conclusion]The outbound labor service personnel have the highest rate of infectious diseases in Suifenhe Port.
