中医药综合治疗1级高血压随机平行对照观察

Randomized parallel control clinical observation on the comprehensive treatment of grade 1 hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine

目的通过观察患者血压、临床症状及生活质量的变化,研究中药汤剂合并耳穴压迫法对1级高血压临床治疗指标的干预作用。方法选取我院门诊1级高血压病患者120例。随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组根据《中国高血压病防治指南》予卡托普利12.5 mg/次,3次/d口服,研究组运用中医辨证施治予中药汤剂合并耳穴压迫法治疗,疗程均为2周,分别于治疗前和治疗后记录患者血压,观察2组临床症状及生活质量变化。结果研究组血压控制总有效率86.67%,优于对照组的81.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药汤剂合并耳穴压迫法治疗高血压病,能有效改善患者血压、临床症状及生活质量。

Objective To study the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with auricular compression by observing the changes of blood pressure,clinical symptoms and quality of life.Methods 120 patients with hypertension in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the research group（n = 60）.Control group according to the use of prevention and control of hypertension in China guide captopril 12.5 mg daily oral three times no contraindications,the team used medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicine evidence-based medicine to merge the points compression method of treatment,a course of 2 weeks,respectively in the records of patients before and after treatment,blood pressure observed two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and quality of life changes.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure control in the study group was 86.67%,which was better than that of the control group（81.67%）,and the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM decoction combined with auricular compression is ideal to treat hypertension,and can effectively improve patients＇ blood pressure,clinical symptoms and quality of life.
