补肾益气活血法治疗子宫内膜异位症伴痛经

Reinforcing kidney and replenishing qi and activating blood therapy in treating endometriosis with dysmenorrhea

目的探讨补肾益气活血法治疗子宫内膜异位症伴痛经的临床研究。方法选取2013年3月-2016年4月来我院的子宫内膜异位症伴痛经患者92例,按治疗方案不同随机分为2组,各46例。对照组采用米非司酮+桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗;在此基础上,研究组采用补肾益气活血法治疗,持续6个月经周期。治疗结束后对所有患者的治疗效果进行评价,治疗前、治疗3个周期时、治疗6个周期时评价经行腹痛、腰部酸胀、经行量多、经期延长等中医证候积分,同时测定血清CA125、PGF2α、OT值,记录不良反应事件。结果对照组改善率73.91%低于研究组改善率91.30%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗不同时间点、同组治疗前后、对照组与研究组在治疗3个周期、治疗6个周期时经行腹痛、腰部酸胀、经行量多、经期延长降低,CA125、PGF2α、OT值降低(P<0.05)。结论补肾益气活血法有助于提高子宫内膜异位症伴痛经的治疗效果,改善临床症状,与降低血清CA125、PGF2α、OT相关,是一种有效的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of by using reinforcing kidney and replenishing qi and activating blood therapy for females＇ endometriosis with dysmenorrhea.Methods From March 2013 to April 2016,92 patients with endometriosis and dysmenorrhea in our hospital were collected.According to the different treatment options,they were randomly divided into two groups,46 patients each.The control group were treated with mifepristone and capsule with cassia twig and poria cocos;On this basis,the study group was treated with reinforcing kidney and replenishing qi and activating blood therapy for 6 menstrual cycles.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of all patients was evaluated.Before treatment,3 cycles of treatment and 6 cycles of treatment,the TCM symptom scores such as abdominal pain,soreness in the waist,prolonged menstrual fl ow,and menstruation were evaluated.Serum CA125,PGF2α,OT value,record adverse reaction events.Results The improvement rate of the control group was 73.91%,which was lower than that of the study group（91.30%）（P〈0.05）.Before and after the treatment,the control group and the study group were treated for 3 cycles and 6 cycles（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Reinforcing kidney and replenishing qi and activating blood therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of female endometriosis with dysmenorrhea and improve the clinical symptoms,and is related to the reduction of serum CA125,PGF2α and OT,which is an effective treatment.
