金凤丸配合低频脉冲电治疗孕11～16周药物流产后阴道流血

Jinfeng pill combined with low frequency impulsed electrotherapy in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion in pregnant women with 11 to 16 gestational weeks

目的观察金凤丸配合低频脉冲电治疗对孕11~16周药物流产后阴道流血的治疗疗效。方法对我院2016年1月-12月收治的孕11~16周自愿要求终止妊娠的健康孕妇116例进行观察,入选孕妇均行药物流产,在服药后肉眼见胎儿及胎盘排出完整后,依据B超检查结果对孕妇进行分组,对照组35例流产后不进行特殊治疗;治疗组50例给予金凤丸配合低频脉冲电治疗;清宫组31例采用清宫术治疗。3组流产后患者治疗后均随访至下次月经来潮,比较3组阴道出血量及出血时间,并使用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量治疗前后子宫内膜修复程度及子宫内膜血流变化。结果治疗组阴道出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);清宫组及治疗组药物流产后阴道出血时间、复潮时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);3组首次经期比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后子宫内膜厚度明显高于对照组及清宫组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后子宫内膜血流RI、PI、S/D较治疗前明显下降,并低于同期对照组及清宫组(P<0.05)。结论金凤丸配合低频脉冲电治疗可有效促进妊娠产物及蜕膜排除,缩短孕11~16周药物流产后孕妇阴道流血时间及转经时间,促进子宫内膜修复。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Jinfeng pill combined with low frequency impulsed electrotherapy in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion in pregnant women with 11 to 16 gestational weeks.Methods A total of 116 healthy pregnant women with 11 to 16 gestational weeks who were admitted in our hospital from January,2016 to December,2016 for voluntary pregnancy termination were included in the study.All the pregnant women were performed with drug abortion.After complete discharge of fetus and placenta by naked eye after medication,the pregnant women were divided into the control group and curettage group according to B ultrasound examination results.The patients in the control group were given no special treatments after abortion.The patients in the treatment group were given Jinfeng pill in combined with low frequency impulsed electrotherapy.The patients in the curettage group were given complete curettage of uterine cavity.A follow-up visit was paid to the patients in the three group until the next menstruation.The vaginal amount of bleeding and bleeding time in the three groups were compared.The color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus was used to measure the endometrial repairing degree and endometrial blood flow change before and after treatment.Results The vaginal amount of bleeding in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The vaginal bleeding time and menstruation turn over time in the curettage group and treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The comparison of first menstruation among the three groups was not significantly different（P〈0.05）.The endometrial thickness after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group and curettage group（P〈0.05）.The endometrial blood flow RI,PI,and S/D after treatment in the treatment group were significantly reduced and lower than those in the control group and the curettage group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jinfeng pill in combined with low frequency impulsed electrotherapy can effectively promote the discharge of pregnant products and decidua,shorten the vaginal bleeding time and menstruation turn over time after drug abortion in pregnant women with 11 to 16 gestational weeks,and promote the endometrial repair.
