中医药干预血管性痴呆的实验研究进展

Experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia

建立科学的动物模型是研究人类血管性痴呆(VD)的发病过程、病理机制、治疗方法等的有效手段。在临床实践中,中医药对血管性痴呆的预防和治疗有其独特的优势。对近些年较为常用的VD动物模型的研究发现,中医药可以通过调节脑血流量、影响胆碱能系统、改善行为学和脑组织形态学等方面对VD动物模型进行干预。实验研究者可根据不同模型制备操作的难易对实验动物的损伤程度和存活率高低酌情选用,以期为今后血管性痴呆实验的研究者提供借鉴意义。

The establishment of a scientific animal model is an effective means to study the pathogenesis,pathological mechanism and treatment methods of human vascular dementia（VD）.In clinical practice,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia.The research on VD animal models commonly used in recent years shows that Chinese medicine can interfere with VD animal models by regulating cerebral blood flow,affecting cholinergic system,improving behavior and brain tissue morphology.According to the difficulty of preparation and operation of different models,the experimental researchers can choose the degree of injury and the survival rate of experimental animals as appropriate,in order to provide reference for the future researchers of vascular dementia.
