摘要
为进一步提高全成型毛衫设计师开发全成型款式的能力,以四针床电脑横机为基础,对C形编织原理和设计应用进行研究。研究认为,C形编织分为前后针床交替编织和前后针床分别编织两种编织工艺,常用于全成形毛衫的局部开口设计。通过具体的编织实例,分析了C形编织工艺与技术的特点,提出了将其应用到全成形毛衫中的设计方法,满足毛衫功能性与装饰性的要求,为全成形毛衫的设计提供思路。
In order to further improve whole garment sweater design, the knitting principles and application of C-knitting are studied based on the four-bed computerized fiat knitting machine. It is considered that C-knitting can be divided into two types of weaving techniques, and is used for partial opening design of whole garment sweater. The characteristics of C-knitting technology and techniques are analyzed through concrete examples; The design of whole garment sweater is put forward to satisfy the functional and decorative requirements of the sweater, which can provide ideas for the design of whole garment sweater.
