摘要
以云母冰凉纤维和竹浆纤维的混纺纱、Coolmax纱线和云母冰凉纱线为原料,以织物热舒适理论和纤维导湿的基本理论为依据,设计开发具有凉爽、吸湿排汗功能的平纹组织、斜纹组织、麦粒组织和透孔组织的轻薄织物,并对这4种织物的基本性能、吸湿排汗性能及凉爽性能进行测试分析。测试结果显示,4种织物均具有较优的综合性能,并优选出麦粒组织为综合性能最佳的织物结构。
Using mixture yarn of cooling-mica fiber and bamboo pulp fiber, coolmax yarn and cooling-mica yarn as raw materials, based on thermal comfort theory and the basic theory of fiber moisture transportation, the moisture perspiration functional cool fabrics with plain, twill, grain and through holeplain structure are designed and developed. The basic performance, moisture perspiration performance and cool properties of four fabrics are tested and analyzed. The results show that the four kinds of fabrics all have optimal comprehensive performance, and the one with grain structure is the best.
