食品企业质量安全风险控制行为的影响因素:以动机理论为视角 被引量:11

摘要 了解食品企业质量安全风险控制行为及影响因素,对科学引导食品企业加强质量安全风险管理、全面落实质量安全主体责任具有重要意义。基于动机理论,构建食品企业质量安全风险控制行为理论模型,并通过广东省474家食品企业有效样本,着重考察食品企业质量安全风险控制行为的主要影响因素。研究结果表明,行为动机正向影响食品企业质量安全风险控制行为,资源条件、市场激励、政府规制、媒体监督和信息共享正向影响食品企业质量安全风险控制动机,组织学习负向影响食品企业控制动机。 It is of great significance to understand food enterprises' quality and safety risk control behavior and its influencing factors. Because it can help to guide enterprises to strengthen their quality and safety risk management and implement the main body responsibility. Based on the theory of motivation and the survey data from 474 food enterprises of Guangdong province, the article constructs the research model and analyzes the main factors which influence the enterprises' quality safety risk control behavior by using the structural equation modeling. The results show that behavioral motivation has a significant positive effect on enterprises' behavior; resource condition, market incentive, government regulation, media supervision and information sharing positively affects the enterprises' motivation of implementing quality and safety risk control behavior, while organizational learning has a negative effect.
