教育精准帮扶是中国实现现代化和全面深化改革的重要举措,也是全面建成小康社会的现实吁求。贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,充分发挥中国特色社会主义制度优势,把教育精准帮扶作为大学生基层就业指导的主要原则和要求,这是实现高校治理现代化的的基本方略。大学生基层就业指导的关键是诊断大学生就业的实际需求和就业的素质。大学生基层就业指导的重点是重视精准的就业指导教育。瞄准和识别大学生在基层就业中存在的实践困境,科学分析构成就业指导教育的困境,诊治大学生基层就业的面临的问题,需要精准的基层就业服务。

The precise help of education is an important measure for China to achieve modernization and comprehensively deepen reform. It is also a realistic call to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects. To carry out the innovation,the coordination,the development of green,open,sharing ideas,fully developing the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,we should take the education accurate support as the main principles and requirements of college students＇ employment guidance at the grass-roots level,this is the fundamental strategy for the requirement of the modernization of the management in colleges. The key to the basic employment guidance of college students is to diagnose the actual demand and the quality of employment. The key of college students＇ primary employment guidance is to emphasize the precise employment guidance education. Target and identify practical difficulties existing in the college students＇ employment at the grassroots level,this paper makes the scientific analysis of the plight of employment guidance education,grass-roots employment of college students are faced with the problem of diagnosis and treatment,which needs the accurate grass-roots employment service.
