基于“期望理论”的本科生毕业论文质量问题与优化路径

Quality problems and optimization path of undergraduate thesis based on Expectancy Theory

本科生毕业论文是学生自己对大学四年所学知识的一个运用和总结,同时它也显示了一个学校的学术氛围和学术质量。本文以本科生毕业论文为载体,从"期望理论"涵义解读、"期望"缺失下本科生毕业论文存在的问题以及基于"期望理论"如何进行本科生毕业论文的优化路径这三个方面入手,提出了教师应重视学生毕业论文,提高效价;教师要帮助学生树立目标和自信心,提高学生完成优秀论文的期望值等一些建设性建议,为以后提高本科生毕业论文提供了借鉴意义。

Undergraduates＇ graduation thesis is a summary and application of their knowledge in the past four years,and it also shows the academic atmosphere and academic quality of a school. This graduation thesis as the carrier,from the meaning of＂Expectancy Theory＂,＂expect＂lack of undergraduate thesis problems and based on the＂Expectancy Theory＂to undergraduate thesis path optimization of these three aspects,and it puts forward that teachers should pay attention to the student＇s graduation thesis and improve the effectiveness; teachers should help students to set up the target and self-confidence,improve the students to complete the outstanding thesis expectations and provide reference as well as some constructive suggestions for future improvement of undergraduate graduation thesis.
