摘要 基于振动分析法的变压器带电监测方法是一种有效且便利的变压状态监测手段。目前大多数振动监测系统均采用有线的ICP压电加速度传感器采集变压器油箱壁振动,对现场带电监测和安全存在诸多不便和问题。设计了一种基于最新MEMS振动传感元件和ZigBee无线通信的振动传感器,可用于多振动测点无线网络的电力变压器油箱表面振动监测方案。测试和实际现场使用表明,设计的振动传感器技术性能指标满足变压器振动检测要求,能够应用于变电站中的电力变压器带电振动监测和故障诊断。 Transformer condition monitoring based on vibration analysis is proved to be an effective and convenient way for power transformer maintenance.Most monitoring of transformer vibration is wire-based systems for acquisitioning and transferring the field data.But the wire-based systems can only be applied for a limited area and the systems will introduce errors if the sensor is hit and shifted,which happens frequently.To overcome those disadvantages and limitations of monitoring systems,the wireless vibration transducer,which is based on small Zig Bee wireless system and MEMS vibration sensor,has been developed.The wireless vibration transducer was applied to the shaking table tests and field work.The results showed that the developed transducer was capable of vibration measurements for transformer condition monitoring and diagnosis.
