摘要 为了实现对光谱数据的高速采集及对光谱信息的快速提取,研究了一种应用于静态干涉结构的基于FPGA的高速光谱采集系统。通过对静态干涉条纹进行滤波、FFT、光谱标定等得到了其光谱分布信息。开发设计了专用于获取静态干涉条纹的CCD驱动模块,并由Modelsim进行了仿真分析,结果显示,该模块可以有效地将干涉条纹数据采集至FPGA,再由FPGA完成对光谱分布数据的反演。实验针对655 nm半导体激光器进行光谱分析,并且对于不同位深条件下傅氏变换产生的频谱情况进行了比较,当定点为12 bit时,光谱数据反演完成且转换速率较高。同时,还将测试数据与MATLAB的仿真数据进行比较,实验结果显示,该系统的光谱反演结果与MATLAB结果基本一致。 In order to achieve the collection and extraction of the spectrum data at high speed.Based on FPGA highspeed spectrum acquisition system had been studied,and the system can be applied to have a static interference structure.Through the filtering of static interference fringes,FFT,spectral calibration,etc.,the spectrum distribution of the measured light can be obtained by the system.The CCD driver module,which is dedicated to obtaining static interference fringes,is developed and designed and analyzed by Modelsim 6.3.The results show that the module can effectively capture the interference fringe data to the FPGA,and then the spectrum distribution data can be inversion by the FPGA.In the experiment,the spectrum analysis of 655 nm semiconductor lasers was carried out,and the spectrum of Fourier transform under different bit depth conditions was compared.When the fixed point was 12 bits,the spectrum data was inversion and the conversion rate is high.At the same time,the test data will be compared with MATLAB simulation data.The experimental results show that the spectrum inversion results of the system are basically consistent with the results of MATLAB.
