摘要
采用正交试验方法,分析了中性盐雾试验阶段不同试验参数对标准钢板循环腐蚀试验腐蚀量的影响,在168 h循环腐蚀试验周期内,盐雾沉降率对腐蚀量的影响最大。同时探讨了采用3种除锈方法测试腐蚀量结果的差异性,推荐采用盐酸法或喷砂除锈法进行循环腐蚀试验腐蚀量检测。
The influence of different test parameters on the corrosion quantity of standard steel plate during salt spray stage of cyclic corrosion tests was analyzed by DOE test method. In the cycle of 168 h cyclic corrosion test,the influence of the sedimentation rate of salt fog on the corrosion quantity was greatest. At the same time,the differences of corrosion test results by three methods of rust removal were discussed. It was recommended to use hydrochloric acid or sand blasting for detecting the corrosion quantity during cyclic corrosion test.
