H7Re-1疫苗筛选及免疫效果评估

摘要 为筛选免疫效果好的H_7Re-1疫苗,本试验选择四个厂家的H_7Re-1疫苗,分别对SPF鸡进行两次免疫。免疫后通过抗体检测结果筛选出H_7抗体最好的疫苗在肉种鸡场应用。对免疫H_7Re-1疫苗的三个肉种鸡场定期采血,跟踪检测H_7抗体,评估免疫效果。结果表明:A公司的H_7Re-1疫苗在SPF鸡上的免疫抗体最高达11.13log2。三个种鸡场免疫A公司H_7Re-1疫苗后,H_7抗体均显著上升,抗体峰值均在9log2左右,免疫效果较好。
