摘要
基于酒泉市肃州区农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证项目,本文探讨了CORS技术结合航空正射影像图在农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证中的应用。阐述CORS技术特点,探究CORS技术结合航空正射影像图在农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证中定位精度,检测260个界址点,最大点位误差36 cm,最小点位误差3 cm,中误差13.9 cm;检测地块38块,最大面积差值1.33×10-3ha,最小面积差值0.00 ha,最大面积相对误差0.95%,最小面积相对误差0.00%,满足精度要求。充分论证了CORS技术结合航空正射影像图在农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证中所发挥的积极作用。
Based on the rural land contract management rights registration certification project of Suzhou District in Jiuquan City,a combination of CORS technology and aerial orthophoto image was applied and discussed in the project. This paper described the characteristics of CORS technology and investigated positioning accuracy in CORS technology combined with aerial orthophoto image in the project. We detected of the 260 boundary points,of which the maximum position error was 36 cm,the minimum point error was 3 cm,and the mean square error was 13.9 cm. We also detected 38 blocks,of which the difference of maximum area was 1. 33 × 10-3 hectares,the difference of minimum area was 0.00 hectares,the relative error of maximum area was 0.95%,the relative error of minimum area was 0.00%. The results can meet the requirement of accuracy. This paper fully demonstrated the positive role that the CORS technology combined with aerial orthophoto image played in the rural land contract management rights registration certification project.
