The Application of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Diagnosing Achilles' Tendon Rupture for Athletes

跟腱断裂在运动员训练和比赛过程中经常发生。跟腱断裂分为开放性及闭合性两种。开放性损伤因其临床特征明显,多数可获得及时处理;而闭合性跟腱损伤由于其临床症状不明显,存在一定的误诊、漏诊的可能性,延误治疗时机。近年来,肌骨超声(Musculoskeletal Ultrasound,MSKUS)因其便于操作、易于随访且价格便宜,已作为常用的辅助诊断技术应用在跟腱损伤的检查当中。通过对运动中急性跟腱断裂的常规诊断方式进行分析比较,全面阐述MSKUS在跟腱断裂诊断中的应用,并深入讨论如何更好地利用MSKUS在跟腱损伤中的诊断价值,为促进运动员跟腱损伤的诊断和康复提供理论基础。

In the process of athlete＇s training and competition,the rupture of Achilles tendon which can be mainly divided as open and closed injury is very frequent.Because of the obvious clinical characteristics and simple diagnosis,the open rupture mostly can be treated on time while the closed Achilles tendon injury always appears the possibility of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosiswhich may leads to the delay of treatment,because the clinical symptom is not obvious.In recent years,Musculoskeletal Ultrasound（MSKUS）imaging technology has become a general auxiliary diagnosis of Achilles tendon rupture because of low price,easy operation and easy to follow-up.This essay will compare the general methods of diagnosing an acute rupture of Achilles tendon,explain the comprehensive application of MSKUS imaging technology during the diagnosis and then deeply discuss how to take advantages of the MSKUS technology in the diagnosis of Achilles tendon rupture in order to improve the diagnosis of athlete＇s Achilles tendon injury and provide the basic theory of rehabilitation.
