摘要
目的:通过对江苏省男子羽毛球运动员冬训期间机能指标的测试,及时了解运动员冬训期不同阶段对训练负荷的适应情况,为负荷安排提供依据。同时,对运动员冬训前后的专项体能素质进行对比,检验冬训效果。方法:在2015年江苏羽毛球男队冬训前、中、后期,对26名优秀运动员进行不同阶段的血液生化指标监测;并对比冬训前后专项体能素质及基本技术成功率的变化。结果 :(1)冬训不同阶段,血红蛋白、肌酸激酶、皮质醇、睾酮以及T/C等指标呈现不同的变化;(2)冬训后,10次低重心四角跑、一分钟双摇跳绳、1500m跑等专项体能素质较冬训前有所提高,但差异不具显著性。(3)冬训后,运动员击球到指定区域内的总体平均成功次数比冬训前多了3.08次(P<0.05)。结论 :(1)联合使用血红蛋白、血尿素和血清肌酸激酶等指标可以很好地监控男子羽毛球项目冬训期训练负荷的变化。(2)从技术成功率的角度来看,冬训效果基本达到预期,但专项体能素质没有明显提高。
Objective:The aim of this study is to learning Jiangsu male badminton players' physical condition and physical training load through blood biochemical test in different stages during winter-training season.Meanwhile,in order to know whether the effects of winter-training achieve our expected.Methods:we conducted five blood biochemical test totally in the whole winter-training for 26 elite male badminton athletes,and we made a statistical analysis for those data;And,we conducted three kinds of tests before and after wintertraining to reflect whether athlete's physical quality improved.Results:(1)At the different stage of winter-training season,the value of those indexes including Hb,CK,C,T and T/C ratio shows different change.(2)Those specific fitness tests show some degree elevation.(3)The successful probability of athletes basic skills increased.Conclusion:(1)we can combine use Hb with BUN and CK to monitor training load and evaluate the badminton player's body reaction to training.(2)Through the change of successful probability of hitting badminton,the effects of winter-training basically achieved.However,the specific fitness needs to be improved further.
