山西省高校体育弱势学生参与体育锻炼的现状与对策研究

Research on the status quo and Countermeasures of Physical Education of Disadvantaged Students in Colleges and Universities in Shanxi Province

采用问卷调查法等对山西省高校体育弱势学生参与"阳光体育"锻炼的现状进行调查,通过调查明确了山西高校体育弱势学生所占生源总数的比例及构成情况,参与"阳光体育"锻炼的基本情况及原因,分析了影响体育弱势学生参与"阳光体育"锻炼的因素。提出了一些建议:构建课内外一体化的阳光体育俱乐部教学模式;发挥学生社团对体育弱势学生参与体育锻炼的主观能动性;构建体育弱势学生参与体育锻炼的管理机制;完善体育弱势学生参与体育锻炼的支持体系。

This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the "sunshine sports"training for disadvantaged students in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province by means of questionnaire survey.Through the investigation,we have been clear about the disadvantaged students in colleges and universities sports in shanxi and composition,shows the percentage of the total number of students participate in the basic situation and the reasons of the "sunshine sports" exercise,analyzed the influence of disadvantaged students to participate in the "sunshine sports"sports exercise.Suggestion：to construct the teaching model of sunshine sports club of integration in and outside of class;To exert the subjective initiative of students＇ associations to participate in physical training for disadvantaged students of sports;To construct the management mechanism for sports disadvantaged students to participate in physical training;We will improve the support system for sports disadvantaged students to participate in physical training.
