案例式教学法在影像核医学实践教学中的应用 被引量:3

Application of case teaching method in practical teaching of video nuclear medicine

摘要 目的评价案例式教学法在影像核医学实践教学中的应用效果,找出实施过程中的问题与解决方案。方法选取医学影像本科专业2012级、2013级学生167人。其中,对照组为2012级学生85人,采用传统式教学法进行教学;实验组为2013级学生82人,采用案例式教学法进行教学。通过试卷测试、平时成绩和调查问卷进行教学效果及其差异的评价。结果实验组学生在试卷测试、平时成绩、课堂表现及调查问卷等方面优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式教学法优于传统式教学法,有助于培养学生学习兴趣,解决临床问题的能力、自主学习能力以及创新能力等。 Objective Evaluate the application effect of case method in practice teaching of imaging nuclear medicine,identify problems and solutions during implementation. Method Select medical image undergraduate professional 2012, 2013 students167 people.The control group consisted of 85 students in 2012 with the traditional teaching method; Experimental group of 82 students in 2013,the use of case-based teaching method for teaching.Through the test paper test,the usual results and questionnaires for teaching effectiveness and evaluation of the differences. Result The experimental group was superior to the control group in test paper test, usual scores, classroom performance and questionnaire, which was statistically significant( P 0. 05).Conclusion Case-based teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method, help to develop students interest in learning,solving clinical problems,self-learning ability and innovation ability.
