Advances in immunotherapy of solid tumors with T cells

免疫系统是机体执行免疫监视、防御、调控功能的重要系统,其中T细胞是抗肿瘤免疫的主要效应细胞。目前,各种肿瘤免疫疗法相继应用于临床,标志着肿瘤免疫治疗进入了新时代。本文将对目前正在进行的T细胞免疫治疗的相关进展进行综述。

Immune system is an important system for immune surveillance,defense and regulation of human body. T cells are the main effect cells of anti-tumor immunity. At present,a variety of tumor immunotherapy has been applied in clinical practice,indicating that tumor immunotherapy has entered a new era. In this review,the progress of T cell immunotherapy targeting solid tumor is reviewed.
