Na/Al对地聚物孔结构及抗渗性能的影响

摘要 本文基于Na/Al=0.8~1.2范围内变化时,研究不同配比下偏高岭土基地聚物孔隙结构的改变以及Na/Al比对地聚物抗渗性能的影响。经试验,在Na/Al=0.8~1.2范围内,Na/Al比提高,偏高岭土基地聚物临界孔径减小,渗透系数下降,抗渗能力增强。从总孔隙率、有效孔隙率、临界孔径以及平均孔径这四个参数对偏高岭土基地聚物渗透系数进行表征,并且与渗透试验所得相对渗透系数进行拟合。经孔隙结构表征后的渗透系数与试验所得相对渗透系数得到了较高的匹配结果。 With the variation of Na/Al ratio,metakaolin-based geopolymer(MKG) presents different pore structure and water permeability. In the study, the pore structure of MKG was examined by mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP). Water permeability coefficient of MKG was tested by permeability test. Trend is that with the increasing Na/Al ratio, the permeability coefficient of MKG continuously decreases. It shows that microstructure factors including porosity, effective porosity, critical pore diameter and average pore diameter are correlated with water permeability of MKG and the calculated permeability coefficient is proposed to predict water permeability of MKG.
