摘要
由于交通运输的需要,对存在隐患的公路桥梁进行加固改造已迫在眉睫。桥梁加固方法的选择既要因地制宜又要因桥而异。预应力碳纤维加固是近年来新兴的一种体外预应力加固技术。本文通过建立有限元分析模型,对比分析了桥梁加固前后的静力特性(结构应力分析、梁节点应力分析、桥墩节点应力分析、梁桥结构挠度分析)。结果表明,预应力碳纤维布对梁桥的应力有所改善并降低了挠度,后张法加固对应力和挠度的改善效果明显优于先张法加固。
With the need of transportation, it is imminent to reinforce and rebuild the highway bridges with hidden dangers. But the suitable way should be selected according to the kind and the location of bridges. The prestressed carbon fiber (CFRP) is a new kind of external prestressed reinforcement technology. In this paper, finite element model was builted, the static characteristic (structural stress analysis, beam joint stress analysis, pier beam joint node stress analysis, bridge structure deflection analysis) were analyzed and compared between the before and after reinforcement. The result shows that the stress of the CFRP fiber is decreased and the deflection is reduced,but the effect of the post tension method on the stress and deflection is obviously stronger than that of the pre-tensioned method.
