局部加强型角焊缝的静力性能对比分析

摘要 中国《钢结构设计规范》里对于角焊缝焊脚尺寸的大小和构造要求的规定与德国规范有所不同。选取按照中国规范设计的三面围焊连接板和按照德国规范设计的局部加强角焊缝的三面围焊连接板作为研究对象,对比分析两个国家规范规定的效果差异。结果表明,随着连接板厚度增大或焊脚高度提高,试件的屈服极限承载力和弹性极限承载力会有明显提高。采取德国规范对三面围焊进行局部加强,相比中国规范的不加强,试件的承载力能得到明显的提高,受到的应力有所减小,更加有利于结构的稳定。 The specifications for the design of steel structures in China are different from the Ger- man specifications for the size and structural requirements of the weld feet of the fillet weld. In this paper, the three sides fillet welded joints which are designed in the Chinese code and the locally strengthened three sides fillet welded joints which are designed in the German code are selected as the research objects. The results shows that with the increase of the plate thickness or connection weld joint height increased, the specimen yield limit bearing capacity and elastic limit bearing capacity will be significantly improved. Locally strengthened of three sides fillet welding enhances the bearing capacity, stress is reduced, and the structure is more stable .
