摘要 本工程塔楼主体结构高度为150m,采用框架剪力墙双重抗侧力体系,属于高度超限、不规则超限的高层建筑。综合考虑工程特点,设定了合理的抗震设防目标,采取了可靠的抗震加强措施。利用YJK和PKPM进行小震和风荷载作用下的整体对比分析,补充了弹性时程分析,并进行大震下的动力弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明结构能满足抗震性能设计的要求,可为同类工程提供借鉴。 The construction height of tower building is 150 meter, using frame-shear wall structure lateral resisting system, which is the out-of-codes in height and irregular plane building. According to the feature of project, a reasonable seismic fortification intensity goal was set. Correspondingly, the reliable strengthening approaches were applied. In terms of structure design and calculation, YJK and PKPM were used to analysis the overall parameter under the wind and seismic load with elastic time history analysis. In addition, there is a dynamic elasto-plastic analysis under severe earthquake circumstance. The result indicates that structure is able to satisfy the performance requirement of seis- mic resisting, and can be used for reference in similar project.
