摘要
采用经典Boussinesq解积分计算地面占压堆载作用下埋地长输管线受到的土体附加应力,基于弹性地基梁理论将埋地管线简化为梁单元进行研究分析并建立力学平衡方程,然后采用有限差分法对该力学平衡方程进行数值求解。综合考虑管线运行内压,最终计算出地面占压堆载作用下埋地管线的力学特性和变形情况。同时选取典型长输油气管线占压场景进行风险评估,用ABAQUS有限元数值分析方法验证该方法的可行性和准确性。
Classical Boussinesq solution is adopted to calculate the soil additional stress acting on the buried long oil or gas pipelines subjected to the ground load by integration. Based on elastic foundation beam theory, the buried pipeline is simplified as beam element to analyze and the mechanical equilibrium equation is established. Then finite difference method is used to solve the mechanical equilibrium equation. Taking the internal pressure of pipeline operation into consideration, the mechanical properties and deformation of the buffed pipeline under the ground load are finally calculated. Besides, typical cases for long oil and gas pipeline under the ground load are selected to conduct the risk assessment, and ABAQUS finite element analysis method is used to verify the feasibility and accuracy of this proposed method.
