Objective To explore the implementation of willingness to change the situation of CPR trainers before and after training. MethodsA self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the patients who received first aid training (≥16 years). The survey was voluntary and anonymous. Prepare a questionnaire before and after training. Results A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed and 148 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 98.67%. The vast majority of learning heart and lung recovery motive is "prepared" (n=121,81.8%). Before and after the training, CPR confidence, the possibility of CPR for strangers, the possibility of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for family members were significantly improved (P 〈0.01). And after training, due to fear of being prosecuted, worried about infection, worry about CPR incorrect injury to patients, fear of judgments are not allowed CPR and other concerns were significantly reduced (P 〈0.01). Conclusion CPR training can increase the confidence and possibility of bystander CPR, but there are still some obstacles to CPR for strangers.
