摘要
建立了一种灵敏的分析牛奶中洛美沙星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、培氟沙星、恩诺沙星5种禁用喹诺酮类药物的方法。制备了磁性还原氧化石墨烯(Fe_3O_4@RGO),将其作为吸附剂对牛奶中上述5种喹诺酮类药物同时进行提取,并利用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器进行分离测定。对影响方法分析性能的因素,如吸附剂、解吸剂、吸附和解吸时间、样品溶液pH等进行了优化。在最佳条件下,方法的检测限在1~4ng/L之间,实际样品的加标回收率在86.5%~104.1%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。
A sensitive and economical method for detection of five forbidden quinolones (lomefloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin, norfloxacin, enrofloxacin) in milk was developed. Magnetic reduced graphene oxide was synthesized and used as sorbent for the extraction of the five drugs, followed by high performance liquid chromatography and fluorimetric detection. The parameters affecting the analytical performance of this method (adsorbent, eluent, the time of adsorption and desorption; sample solution, etc. ) were optimized. Under the optimized conditions,the method achieved detection limits ranged in 1-4 ng/L; the spiked recoveries and RSDs were in the range of 86.5%-104.1% and less than 5% ,respectively.
