循证护理对全子宫切除术患者并发症及生活质量的影响

The effect of evidence-based nursing on the complications and quality of life of patients with total hysterectomy

目的探讨全子宫切除术患者的循证护理对改善并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2014年4月-2016年5月住院治疗的全子宫切除术患者110例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，各55例。对照组采用常规护理方式进行干预，实验组在对照组的基础上采用循证护理对患者进行护理干预。观察两组患者的出血、感染、皮下气肿、肩部疼痛等并发症发生情况。采用生活质量核心量表（QOL-30）对患者的生活质量进行评估。结果实验组的出血、感染、皮下气肿、肩部疼痛等并发症发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；护理后实验组的生活质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对全子宫切除术患者进行循证护理干预能够明显地减少患者并发症的发生，有效地改善患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on complications and quality of life in pa- tients undergoing hysterectomy. Methods A total of 110 cases total hysterectomy patients from April 2014 to May 2016 were analyzed and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 55 cases of each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with evidence-based nursing care of patients on the basis of the control group. Two groups were observed in patients with bleeding, infection, subcutaneous emphysema, incidence of shoulder pain and other complications. The quality of life of patients was as- sessed using the quality of life core scale （QOL-30）. Results Hemorrhage, infection, subcutaneous emphysema, shoulder pain and other complications of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05）. The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Evi- dence-based nursing intervention for patients with total hysterectomy can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications, effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worth oromotin- the annlication.
