目的探讨PDCA管理模式对减少消毒供应中心不良事件的效果。方法将PDCA管理模式应用于该院消毒供应中心，实施后记录消毒供应中心工作质量及不良事件的发生率，对工作满意度进行评分，并将记录分析结果与PDCA管理模式实施前进行比较。结果PDCA管理模式实施后，消毒供应中心工作质量明显高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实施后的工作满意度评分明显高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；PDCA管理模式实施后的不良事件发生率明显低于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PDCA管理模式能够有效地降低消毒供应中心不良事件的发生率，显著提高消毒供应中心的工作质量和满意度。

Objective To study the effect of PDCA management mode on reducing adverse events in sterilization supply center. Methods PDCA management mode was used in sterilization supply center. After the implementation, the quality Of sterilization supply center and the incidence of adverse events were recorded. Job satisfaction score was recorded. The results were compared with the PDCA management model. Results After the implementation of PD- CA management mode, the work quality of sterilization supply center was -ignifieantly higher than before implementa- tion, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. After the implementation, the job satisfaction score was Significantly higher than before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The in- cidence of adverse events after the implementation of PDCA management mode was significantly lower than that before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion PDCA management mode can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the sterilization supply center and significantly improve the qual- ity and satisfaction of the sterilization supply center.
